  1. #coda2: Early Review & Initial Thoughts briancasel.com/?p=2524
  2. @raanan good initial traction.. just seeking press/exposure right now. Good to see we're on Automattic's radar :)
  3. @raanan thx Raanan!
  4. @TimHillRocks @zslabs haven't tried that one yet. Gave Espresso a try, which I might come back to. Not giving up on Coda quite yet tho.
  5. @TimHillRocks @zslabs agreed. I've been holding off on others antipating Coda2. Might be a matter of time before I go to espresso or ST2.
  6. I want to like #Coda2. I really do.
  7. @jamesckemp @panic ..I don't see why marked icons were removed from the sidebar files list. 2 birds, one stone. no?
  8. @jamesckemp @panic ya… too small and doesn't indicate which files are marked for publishing.
  9. … new basecamp that is.
  10. Can't create a link in a Basecamp text doc? no more textile? what am I missing? @37signals
  11. @Krogsgard ya would have liked to see cross-browser CSS3 code completion… still relying on lesselements.com for that.
  12. CSS color pickers in #coda2 are definitely useful..
  13. @panic @jamesckemp good to hear :)
  14. @jamesckemp @panic yes, but then I can't view my files list. Coda 1 combined these two views nicely.
  15. #coda2 did away with the icon indicating a file is marked for publishing. Why? @panic
  16. @jschuller need to dig into the new CSS coding features some more… so far they haven't proved useful.
  17. @jschuller only used it for a few mins today… not bad so far. After setting some prefs, its fairly similar to coda 1.
  18. Coda 2 not allowing me to upload files via sftp. "permissions" issue. Same files upload fine using Coda 1. @panic
  19. The path bar is useful in FTP view, but adds clutter in editor view, esp since I see my files in sidebar. Way to disable? @panic #coda2
  20. I do really like the way code folding is done… cl.ly/003R1c1m2H1f1o… #coda2
