  2. Day 43- Running at sunset reminds me to Be Orange. How have you served someone this week?
  3. Day 38- hard & slow run, glad I said yes.
  4. Day 38- about scared an older couple off the path. They cheered me on upon my return. Hooray for random cheerleaders!
  5. Day 35- Expecting my run to be uber slow after yesterday, but my speed increased & my time decreased.
  6. Day 34- 3 miles for the 1st time. Behind on my days but exceeding my mileage goals. Woot woot!
  7. Day 30 of 100- 'nuf said.
  8. Day 27- increased mileage, mental endurance & pace- feel stronger for it.
  9. Day 24, commitment to timelines & measurable goals makes for an easier 'yes' for today.
  10. Day 23, it's good to be up and running again.
  11. Just saw my first gator, right off of Daniels!
  12. Day 19! 84 degrees, 50% humidity, breezey... Makes for a good day of running.
  13. Day 16! Ipod dead. W/o the distraction of music, I became more aware of my body's pain and less aware of the "I can'ts."
  14. Did not realize Brrrr! was in the Floridian vocabulary.
  15. Just finished Never Eat Alone, looking forward to reading Who's Got Your Back by Ferrazzi.

  18. Day 13, discovering how wise it is to rest every 7 days. Running felt stronger. Rethinking timeline, still goaling to run for 100.
  19. Ikea is my Disneyworld, the magic & wonder of efficiency keeps on going!
