  13. All the ticket vending machines have been installed, but you can't (and probably wouldn't want to YET) buy any tickets!

  16. All engineers have had 40 hours "stick time" at the MetroRail controls. Next: qualifying runs and certification. Like Drivers Ed for Trains!
