  1. @AngelStreamline When I tried with IE it worked. Didn't like Chrome. LOL.
  2. Last year, I hiked/ran Humphreys Peak once. Love Flag! @craigt1
  3. Finally got my speedpass printed for #sqlsat131. My problem? Was using Chrome instead of internet exploder. LOL.
  4. @AngelStreamline Did you have trouble with speedpass? Mine keeps saving as an aspx file
  5. @AboutDev ME! (hopefully I can get my speedpass to print instead of just saving an aspx file) #sqlsat131
  6. @amy_lewisAZ Thanks for the reply. I thought that would be a good idea.
  7. Do most people bring their laptops to #SQLSat or not? #SQLsat131 will be my first...
  8. Going to my first #SQLSaturday - Should I bring my laptop or not?
  9. 3 hilly miles 2day - recovery from Sun 15k race and 2 enjoy nice MN weather.
  10. Not a totally bad run at the gym today with some faster 1/2 mile intervals and ~1/4 mile recoveries.
  11. Ran 2.40 miles in 29m 30s. 97*F. hot. miserable. too much walking.
  12. Biked 10.75 miles in 42m 48s. negative splits are too easy when you have a headwind going out and a tailwind coming back.
  13. Biked 36.25 miles in 2h 33m. Major negative split (1:30/1:03) helped by a tailwind on the way back and downhill of about 600 ft.
  14. Ran 2.00 miles in 21m 38s. 80*F with about 45% humidity. I can't wait for fall.
  15. Ran 1.00 miles in 13m. run/stop/sniff intervals with puppy.
  16. Biked 9.60 miles in 35m. did a handful of 20 sec 100% effort and felt like I was ready to puke. Nice avg speed though.
  17. Ran 2.20 miles in 31m. Very slow avg pace is partly due to half this run was with puppy who I am teaching to be a runner.
  18. Biked 22.80 miles in 1h 47m. Usury is a rough hill and that was my first time doing this ride.
  19. Ran 2.05 miles in 27m 33s. 85*F with 45% humidity. Felt like puking most of the way, so I ended up walking way more than usual.
  20. Biked 10.10 miles in 38m 54s. ok, 2 days is enough recovery time for a birthday party.
