  1. Rather indifferent meal at hotel who clearly do not understand the concept of a blue steak!
  2. Hideous drive to Southport. Starting to forget it now aided by large, v hot bath(only slightly spoilt by pink bath suite!)Hotels never learn
  3. One of the low points was (I think in the LA one) Placido's "Mowwn Riva" and all 3 murdering Singin in the Rain!
  4. @Gert Funnily enough, from an aural point of view, I thought Pav walked away with the first one. After that I lost interest a bit anyway
  5. @Gert I seem to remember that finding anywhere to eat after 17.00 is, shall we say, challenging!! Theatre is a nightmare too!Think of the £!
  6. @Gert well I suppose that's a fall back if I don't get tickets!!
  7. @Gert ha ha! NOT their finest hour! The main thing I remember is Pav's unfeasible eyebrows on the cover!!
  8. @Gert Possibly. It's one of my favourite works.
  9. Off to Southport soon. Just can't wait to drive to a northern seaside town in November!
  10. Saturday tv shit as usual!
  11. Really tired today for some reason. Not looking forward to early call at theatre followed by drive to Southport.
