  11. @rpwlondon I don't know about the presenter but I [dietitian Sue] eat wholemeal toast & low fat low sugar yoghurt, sometimes scrambled eggs!
  12. @RogerCresswell Weetabix is green for sugar and amber for salt. Shredded Wheat is green for both sugar and salt
  13. @Braingrenade All the EFSA claims have been thoroughly investigated but I would have to see the evidence before I could comment

  15. @liamskilondon Moderation in all things. You can eat more than 2 a week. Enjoy your eggs!
  16. @Geomum Any sugar free muesli is fine. If you buy from a health food store you can check they haven't added sugar

  18. @gallan04 Best thing to eat for breakfast is porridge and fruit. It's low in sugar and salt and is low GI (keeps hunger away longer)

  20. @liamskilondon Focus on reducing saturated fats. Choose products with less than 5g saturated fat per 100g. This will take you down to amber
