  4. @gealbhan_beag I just bet you do. :)

  13. RT @topfloorstudio: A friend has lost (or it was stolen) a vid camera downtown. Please look out for a black pelican case - v. impt pls RT.
  14. @DavidLeedy So doesn't that refute your argument from earlier? Or am I missing something?
  15. @DavidLeedy So, what happens when I want to read my mail and am off the network? (Local replicate?)
  16. @DavidLeedy Dealing w/large caches like that is a solved problem, clearly. Scrubbing through a 2GB text file in, say, BBEdit is fine, e.g.
  17. @DavidLeedy Look at other scrollbars in other interfaces - even WinExplorer has live scrolling. Its just expected behavior.
  18. @DavidLeedy U need it because its pretty much std UI now. Also, its easier to "scrub" back through last 50 msgs to find than to use srchbox
  19. @DavidLeedy Lotus Notes needs it in the mail message list and in the mailbox list. Go look at Apple Mail, Thunderbird, etc. They do it right
  20. @DavidLeedy Live scrolling is when you pick up the scroll indicator, drag it around, and your widget scrolls as you move it.
