Our new data: In Miami-Dade, starts of det. homes rose to 17 in the 3rd quarter, up from 6 the previous quarter. No townhomes were started.

Naples/Ft. Myers finished, vacant inventories for det. homes ROSE during the third quarter, from 703 in the 2nd q to 728 in the 3rd.
