@ Yep. Lots! After you have preheated the gaiwan, leave the dry leaves inside for about 10/15 secs - helps release the aroma

@ Generally not a fan, it is too easy to press down on the leaves releasing tannins + bitterness. (Plus it's just not very zen!)
