  1. Since my 20s, I've felt that my 60s would begin the BEST years of my life. I turn 60 next year and I am EXCITED! It is all happening!
  2. Still Making Get Fit FUN! Starting my Self-Imposed Boot Camp Week: Jogging, Weights, Swimming, Abs, etc.
  3. Making Getting Fit FUN, Day 9: Wore pink Hawaii Tshirt and tourquosie tights to Boot Camp, she worked us hard! 1200 Calories, feeling GREAT.
  4. Making Getting Fit Fun, Day 8: Sun came out, 35 min jog; to make it FUN(ER), wore pigtails with one orange hair tie and one yellow hair tie.
  5. Making Getting Fit FUN: I have become addicted to Ruby Red Grapefruits. They are so sweet and juicy and fun to eat!
  6. Day 7 of Making Getting Fit FUN: Wet & Wild! After 9 days of exercising, took a brisk 35 min walk and was caught in the wild wind & rain!

  8. Day 6/Getting Fit and Healthy: 35 mins of aerobics., plus some walking. I love and so appreciate all the support. Thank you everyone!

  10. Day 5 of Getting Fit and Healthy: 20 mins aerobics, plus lots of walking, 1200 calories; actually this is my 7th day in row exercising.yay!
