  1. Rediscovered Cacharel Amor Amor, sparkling orange and roses. Vivid and exhilirating.
  2. Apres L’Ondee: my absolute favorite Guerlain fragrance, exquisite study of wet flowers, spice and wood. A whiff of Belle Epoque.
  3. Finished my Diorissimo rendition and realized that it does not conform to IFRA regulations. I guess, it will be my own private blend.
  4. Reading articles by perfumer Roudnitska courtesy of resourceful @AnyasGarden Highly recommended read for serious perfume lovers
  5. Tom Ford Grey Vetiver, pleasant, clean vetiver. Not sure if I need it, if I have Guerlain, Goutal, Hermes and Frederic Malle’s vetivers.
  6. @ayalamoriel Ayala, I would love to have one of each! The combinations of flavors sound so good. :)
  7. New on BdJ: A Scent by Issey Miyake review http://tinyurl.com/yh8y9am
  8. New on BdJ: Top Favorite Fall Fragrances, sharing my thoughts on fragrances to go with autumnal moods http://tinyurl.com/yl28fd8
  9. @ayalamoriel Thank you, Ayala! The IFF one, as before, except it is now full time.
  10. @Scentimentalist Cristalle for wimps--I love it. I might have to quote you in my review. :)
  11. @nowsmellthis Nothing that would be suitable, but apparently two weeks is enough time to make a dozen outfits. So they tell me! :)
  12. @nowsmellthis and imagine this: I will have 2 weeks max to select all of the wedding outfits. I am mentally preparing myself for this. :)
  13. @nowsmellthis First week of Jan 2010! It is coming up fast. :)
  14. @nowsmellthis Hey! I started perfumery school fulltime and have been busy, but it is an interesting work (and a pleasant change of pace) :)
  15. Fragrance of the day: Scent Issey Miyake, another version of Chanel Cristalle. Pleasant, but not genius.
  16. Received Mediterranean Clay pot Cook book @Soumak Spent the whole evening reading it, enjoying the idea of food scented by cooking in clay.
  17. New on Bois e Jasmin: Inspiration in Perfumery, reflections by Henri Robert, Roudnitska, Beaux, Fraysse. http://tinyurl.com/yc7aoga
  18. Fragrance of the Day: Amouage Epic Woman, incense over roses, dark, steamy. Becomes powdery and sweet on drydown. Revisiting Lyric Woman.
  19. @Koshmarik Cristalle Eau Vert is more floral and more citrusy than Vent Vert. I miss the intense green of Vent Vert in it.
  20. New on Bois de Jasmin : Opal Basil and Lemon Sherbet , a taste of summer perfect for these last warm days http://tinyurl.com/ydjnkx4
