  1. Think I'm heading off to bed early. Night folks.
  2. Needless to say, we're on a language cleanse right now. I'm finding it painful. Am wondering what outlet my (now) repressed rage will take,
  3. @cinnamongurl And a three-year-old with ammo is a bad thing indeed.
  4. @cinnamongurl I figured if she realizes that it gets a rise, and how DESPERATELY we don't want her to say them, then they become ammo.
  5. @BlogSandra Oh yes, the context was absolutely correct. And she even added a suffix. Go kid! (even as I burn with embarrassment)
  6. @cinnamongurl We had a little talk about "naughty" words. I kept it low key, so that she doesn't start using them to get a rise out of us.
  7. Happy to announce we made it through the evening f-bomb free. We've tried not to make a big deal about it, so she doesn't end up with ammo.
  8. In essence, it's shaping up to be a miserable and potentially embarrassing evening.
  9. Feeling ill-equipped to deal with my in-laws arrival in an hour. Little Girl didn't sleep last night, nap today and could drop the f-bomb.
  10. @slouchy Wow - mid-life crisis perhaps? Or desperate desire to convince herself that those actions are making her happy.
  11. @karengreeners Sounds like a great time though, and that's what is important.
  12. @karengreeners How did the birthday party go?
  13. @karengreeners Aww - is it her b-day today? If so, happy birthday, C!
  14. Hey, my kid dropped the F-bomb - in CONTEXT - at preschool today. Just DM me for my address for that parent-of-the-year award.
  15. @cinnamongurl Hmm... do you still have your gallbladder? B/c that's also what a gall bladder attack can feel like.
  16. @suefisher As if a mere dinner at Swissh Chalet can make up for years of abandonment. It's not only foolish, but flat out insulting.
  17. @BlogSandra Apparently it isn't uncommon at all for it to return, once you've had it once.
  18. NOT HEARTWARMING. Seriously, don't even go there Swiss Chalet.
  19. The new Swiss Chalet commercial with the father who clearly abandoned his daughter arrives on her doorstep and takes her for dinner?
  20. Well hello - welcome back vertigo. So NICE to see you again.
