  2. @sharon_bailey Hold off until Apple announces their tablet ;) Or get a netbook with eReader software!
  3. @acejet170 Are you having trouble with Freehand under 10.6? There's an updater at Adobe that you can get.
  4. On deck today, wrapping things up for my trip to Toronto. One day of meetings, one day of fun with @pique_mtl
  5. @kami_usha Actually I *just* got an invitation to a Christmas luncheon with one of my clients in Toronto tomorrow!
  6. Man. This is my first time in over 10 years without an office christmas party. But otherwise, being freelance rocks ;)
  7. @DavidAGee That's when you have to call it a day. Go out on a high note!
  8. @zoonini Well, with only a 2% usage rate amongst Quebeckers, I don't think twitter would be the place for them to do updates. But web, yes!
  9. @danmog Maybe for indecent exposure? Just based on your last tweet ;)

  11. @bookoven I think kobo is fine. Cute, easy to remember. Shortcovers was good but maybe the word 'short' had negative connotations.
  12. What a day! Soon, will be relaxing with @pique_mtl helping her take it easy and get over her cold. Tomorrow, more Looney Tunes book layout.
  13. @thebookdesigner Oh, those thin spines! Really a challenge to do something interesting in that case.
  14. @hsyee I like how it works even if you scan the title as 'ktw' then 'thin' 'ice' the first time... Since the sub-head explains all.
  15. So cool. Draw an animal on the web site, and Shidonni turns it into a plush toy: http://bit.ly/7bBtHX #adorable #gizmodo
  16. Had great fun watching Blade Trinity last night. Good trashy vampire action film. Marvel should bring back the film series.
  17. @ingridpaulson Often the spine presents just as much of a challenge as the cover -- almost mini-covers!
  18. RT @FreelanceSw: Freelance Overload: How To Deal With Too Much Work http://bit.ly/8gB7U5
  19. @zoonini @tanmcg I really liked the book, too. I'm a sucker for short story collections with a shared cast of characters.
  20. How is it that the loud low battery alert on our smoke alarm only happens when it disturbs sleep?
