  3. @budddd68 I am doing the Lean program now, in week 11. Have dropped 25lbs. Highly recommend it.

  6. Almost ate a handful of m&m's but then thought of how many minutes of plyo that equates to and went for an apple instead. #p90x
  7. Today is a Yoga day. I hate Yoga day. Would rather do cardio, core, plyo, anything really...but I'm told it is key so I'll stick with it.

  13. @MrsBR00KSTER The extras like recovery drink are nice to have and do help, but not necessary to start the program.
  14. @MrsBR00KSTER You could start with a few dumbbells and a pull up bar. You could also just use bands, but I like the weights.
  15. Trying hard to resist the Halloween candy calling to me from the kitchen. This weekend was a bad, bad food weekend.
