  1. Woohoo! Bouncing ball on screen. Step 2: Transform procedural mess with global state into something of an OO design.
  2. Got my own Maven-based ardor3d program to run, ODE also loads. Now to glue it all together. Step 1: synchronize coordinate systems.
  3. Just got my jna-bound ODE to bounce a ball like ode4j did. This means I get to do graphics now; printed numbers aren't sexy.
  4. @nicolasleroux Ah, the good old "I know, let's run a search engine on Google's infrastructure" ;-)
  5. Wallis Bird was like an explosion on guitar, with a good singing voice too.
  6. http://twitpic.com/qf17b - Saw Rodrigo y Gabriela perform. Awesome!
  7. The answer of course is that real prison sentences for many people would make it too obvious how ridiculous this all is.
  8. Why does punishment for internet piracy have to involve taking away internet access? Are we back to chopping off a thieve's hand?
  9. PG on Apple http://www.paulgraham.com/a... is a good read, "evil begets stupidity" begs for Star Wars jokes: 'Stupidity leads to FAIL'
  10. I didn't know it is still possible to build Cocoa apps in java, let alone that you can write OpenCL using Scala. http://tinyurl.com/yhonrgx
  11. @PeterHilton "de bedrijfsterrein" is taalkundig eeeerrug lelijk. Maar goed, van mij mogen NS mensen ook plezier in hun werk hebben.
  12. Did subclipse always have this "depth" nonsense? First it suggests a setting, then when merging complains that it wasn't full depth.
  13. Happy 10th birthday XSLT. May you serve us well for many decades.
  14. Watching printed coordinates indicating evidence of a bouncing sphere, courtesy of ode4j.
  15. Taking a detour from Web stuff into animation. Playing with physics and RenderMan. Scala stays though.
  16. @nicolasleroux ouch. Beterschap!
  17. Refraining from pointing my Scala-learning colleagues to where I found how to show deprecations with and embedded compiler.
  18. Pushed my support for Scala models and tests for merging into play. #playscala
  19. @fcanedo you bit.ly'd a url with an extra parenthesis!
  20. ...aaaand done.
