  1. So how do I force myself to eat when my body isn't hungry? This will be a bigger challenge than the workouts. Womp womp.
  2. Stress-laced, fast-paced days keep me occupied. I only feel hungry when I wake up & late @ night.
  3. How am I gonna eat 5-6 small meals a day? I barely eat two meals now. This is why my metabolism is hella slow. :-(
