  14. @druon to back this up. According to Babergh, Mr Haynes did neither of these things. I hope this makes it a little clearer.
  15. @druon He was prosecuted for how he disposed of his waste. UK law requires businesses to use licensed rubbish collectors and have paperwork
  16. @druon One thing though, the charges the Barber were not clear in the article - he isn't being prosecuted for what was in his rubbish (cont)
