  1. Ran2mi, ran 1 then stayed continuous with 9x70yd intervals then 1mi back morning+lift&core,afternoon bike23mi,core&stretch
  2. Tired this morning but there's nothing like the warm pool on a cold day to wake u up, swim .5 liftcoreyoga training all day
  3. 2 bricks today, biked 27min+2mi run in sub 14min in AM, then another 20min bike+14min 2mi run PM+liftcoreyoga
  4. Swam.5mi intervals,20mi hilly bike, core and yoga, working and training all day,killer kettlebell circuit later!
  5. Ran 12 on Treadmill yesterday morn,rest today and refuel, back at it again tmw, in Epsom salt bath rt now! Who dat!
  6. Long run tmw morning 12-14miles then liftcoreyoga, then training, then spending time with my baby momma!!
  7. Food 2day: hammer bar, shake,banana,golean crunch,eggwhite omel,red potatoes,almod butterand tuna sald sand, plum, hummas,lean burger
  8. About to swim a mile then bike 20 then liftcoreyoga, then training a college bball team then athletes then rest,hammer bar this morning
  9. About to run a 3-4mi interval run,followed by a hard core liftcoreyoga circuit then training all day,think I'll take today off of biking ...
  10. Food 2day:gensoy bar,shake,banana,salmon+brown rice+cucumber+avocado sushi+2liters H2O
  11. Yesterday:biked23.5mi+4mi run brick, today swam .5mi, liftcoreyoga both days. About to do another hour of yoga

  16. Yesterday: ran about 4mi hard intervals felt great, 16mi cold bike in afternoon, found out my boy is 1lb2oz rt now! Rest today
  17. Ran 6+mi&biked22mi yesterday+liftcoreyoga and today,about to do more yoga and swim a mile,training all day
  18. Swam.7mi this morning+liftcoreyoga, working training,tmw10k run(at least) early morning +30mi bike later
  19. Been getting a lot of good rest,liftcoreyoga today,been lifting more and less duration of endurance workouts but same frequency
  20. Just finished a mile swim+20+mi bike, about to liftcoreyoga and then work all day!!!
