  1. @sonotweet I have a couple of pre-sales questions that I can't get into 140 characters. Is there an email address I can contact you on?
  2. BBC Young Musician of the year awarded £2,000 while a girl (with a misspelled boy's name) and a dog get £500,000. How depressing.
  3. @Janekgwizdala You just seem afraid of anything that isn't part of your free / marketing / piracy mind set.
  4. And still, almost 48 hours later, the pro-piracy crowd continue to bang on about how their opinion is the only one that counts.
  5. @Janekgwizdala You should calm down and listen to the other side of the argument. Really, you might be glad you did.
  6. @Janekgwizdala There's only one person pleading here and it's not me. Anyway, why are you so hostile? What are you scared of?
  7. @pecangirl Notice how I put in that asterisk to make sure he stayed anonymous. See, I can be tactful when the situation requires it...
  8. @pecangirl Let's hope he sees this and acts. We've done all we can apart from coming straight out and yelling "St*ve, take it down".
  9. @BillOrtizMusic Thanks for the follow Bill. I've just followed back and I'm browsing your work right now. Very nice stuff, very nice indeed.
  10. @HunterAnton Thanks for the follow Anton, I've just followed back.
  11. @HunterAnton @edwardmelvin I completely agree that recording a live performance is nothing like experiencing the real thing.
  12. @pecangirl Hopefully someone will see my last handful of tweets and pull themselves out of the potential line of fire.
  13. Because disagreeing with people on Twitter is one thing, but seeing the person you disagree with being hit with a lawsuit is quite another.
  14. So, if you have recently libelled the BPI on Twitter, maybe it would be wise to delete the tweet before they see it, don't you think?
  15. With libel actions resulting from tweets on the increase it does seem amazing that an otherwise stable person would put himself at risk.
  16. That's why I'm so surprised that anyone, a musician no less, would come out and risk legal action like this.
  17. To clarify, I don't work for the BPI and never have but I have always found them to be very honest and a tremendously valuable organisation.
  18. If you worked for the BPI and someone called your organisation wilfully dishonest on twitter, what would you do?
  19. It was rubbish. Short, but rubbish. I can see why it was free. Just another loss leader to build traffic for the author.
