  5. WUT?! Peak of the Geminid meteor shower continues. Caught some last night after the TAS holiday party-perfect skies! Today? Snow flurries.

  10. Tonight before you head for bed step outside and take a look at Mars rising in the East. By 10pm it is above the mucky horizon just N of E
  11. 21 degrees last night with fantastic skies! Was able to get a good reading on epsilon Aurigae and pick up several nice faint galaxies.
  12. I knew I shouldn't have tweeted this morning about tonight being a great night for astronomy...PNW clouds must be one of my followers..pooh!
  13. Cold this morning (24deg F) but spectacular skies...tonight is looking even better AND colder. Let's freeze eyelashes to eyepieces!
