  8. We both miss the ATL's friendliness a lot...DC isn't agreeing with her.....the ATL really spoiled us! LOL!
  9. We had Deltas and AKAs working together, enjoying ourselves, making a difference in the community.
  10. We both shared how we have yet to join or associate with a group like that again with that kind of special friendship we all shared
  11. She and i were part of a core group of young women who truly believed in sisterhood and service through the Natl. Council of Negro Women
  12. The real treat, was reconnecting with a soror from my days in the ATL when we both volunteered and did community work.
  13. A great day overall, good exhibition @ the Anacostia Museum and did some networking with some of my sorors!

  19. Some gorgeous portraits depicting the African presence in Mexico during the Turn of the Century
  20. The artwork is awesome, including work from Elizabeth Catlett, Margaret Burroughs and some young Mexican artists!
