  13. @NSchwanz have you sorted out what you need to photograph? whats your budget? Nikon better in handling, Canon has more affordable lenses.

  16. @helloimavery the alternatives look asymmetrical. Canon 50d compares with Nikon D300. While Nikon D60 would compare better with Canon 450D.
