  19. Don't bother sending Christmas cards; everyone sends those. Send Forth of July or Thanksgiving cards and you'll get noticed.
  20. Business owners should receive a Cashflow Statement, Departmentalized Income Statement, and Balance Sheet by the 15th of each month.
