  14. My Mimi Bear is eleven months old today. Can't believe she's almost one.
  15. Ran 6.2 miles in 42 mins and felt tired. Extremely hilly. Exactly the same time, to the second, as my last 10k race.
  16. Somehow ran tonight's Rochdale 10k race in exactly the same time as my last 10k, the Great Manchester Run in May - 42 mins, 24 seconds. Hmm.
  17. Unsure about running the Rochdale 10k tonight if this torrential rain continues!
  18. It's great watching Mia stand without support more and more. Just waiting for the first steps to come!
