  15. The most important asset to a business in Anguilla is the staff. I was getting off to a great start. Now for the customers.
  16. I also hired Doretta, a talkative professional who worked at Cap Juluca as a cashier in the day. Magda returned as a lunch waitress.
  17. Elett became our assistant chef. Gladys had worked at Smugglers (now Straw hat), she had a great personality. I hired her to work at night.
  18. I hired Elett to assist Valter in the kitchen. Elett, originally from Jamaica, was a cook at a local restaurant. She was eager to learn.
  19. Many had been working full time for Paradise but had since then found either a daytime or nighttime job to make ends meet.
  20. I had interviewed all the staff that had been working at Paradise Cafe and was left without a job since they had left in April.
