  16. @JessicaBooth I agree, too much is made of Gen Y, X & BBs. 20 year olds have always had different attitudes to 30,40 and 60 year olds.
  17. @JessicaBooth 2 yrs ago I thought Gen Y & Boomers were closer in values & now with less abundance I think X & Y are getting closer...
