  6. @I_enigma Only subsidise the extra cost from pricing coal, not pay fully, so that there's no real change in power costs for the consumer

  8. @I_enigma But what if the money gov collects from coal subsidises the poor's electricity bills. Cost switched from consumer to company.
  9. Instead of ETS: Add a price to coal, so power companies have to pay for it instead of digging it up for free, then solar becomes way cheaper
