  8. @FrancisSteiner sorry for the delayed response. I modified a tortilla recipe from a recent issue of Cook's Illustrated. Worked quite well.

  11. I've started to use olive oil a lot in my baking. I love the texture it gives to the crumb of my breads. It's also great for sweets.

  16. I just made pappa al pomodoro. This is a great Tuscan recipe for summer-lots of tomatoes & olive oil. Even better on the 2nd day.

  19. I made the Cook's Illustrated recipe for Spanish tortilla last night. Not bad but I thought it needed more olive oil ;-)
