  5. just walked an hour. 1/4 mi of it was the hill I like to call the "butt burner". I hate that hill.

  7. Woke up this morning to find that I lost the pound I had mysteriously gained the other day. Yay! 6 lbs to go to make my goal! I can do it!!
  8. Weighed one more pound today than I did two days ago, but I'm not going to fret it. Need to get more fluids into me, that's all.
  9. 30 mins on the treadmill, a little kettlenetics workout, 5 mins of isometrics on the lower abs and 30 lunges each leg. Yay me!!
  10. The day started out great - w/ a great attitude and now, I feel so...so...spent. Maybe too much too soon? *shrug*

  18. Started today at 188 lbs. This month's goal: 178 lbs. Will start calorie counting and exercise daily. Maybe even a food journal.
  19. up and running. Sort of. I think it's going to be a lazy day! :)
