  1. Husband went food shopping with the little one. Mad writer for 30 minutes - 453 words! End of the scene, end of the chapter!
  2. Grrr, little one woke up. 1 hour = 651 words. So close to finishing this scene (which would finish the chapter and chunk 6)!
  3. Little one fell asleep early today! Let's hope she sleeps for 2 hours so I can get 1000 words. Got my Chai and a 3 Musketeers in reserve!
  4. 1 hour and 20 minutes = 1003 words - 9k words more by the end of next Sunday (for a total of 16k for the month)? We'll see.
  5. About to start my first writing session of the week (yes, I know it's the END of the week) - sigh.
  6. An hour and a half of writing and I only eeked out 989 words. I'm getting slower. =( Only a year ago I could do 1000+ words an hour.
  7. Exhausted, but going to try to up my word count. Here's hoping for another 5k by the end of the weekend (the 20k to catch up is too much!).
  8. Two more writing sessions of 45 minutes each. Not easy writing sessions for multiple reasons. Wrote 1171 words, though.
  9. Chai tea (wake me up), an interruption from a waking little one (got her back to sleep) - 547 words in roughly 45 minutes.
  10. 549 words in 45 minutes. Sigh. I should have gone to the park (or taken a nap). Did I mention they were a BAD 549 words?
  11. Gorgeous day out, but not going to the park with the family (even if I do need fresh air). =( Trying to prod my lethargic mind to write.
  12. Just edited the NaNo blog post with a new note.
  13. Last night was insomnia night - sigh. Managed to get 611 words in 45 minutes before the LO started howling. We'll see about more later.
  14. 45 minutes = 549 words. I went over my goal today of 2,000 words! Only 29 more days to get through...if the little one lets me....
  15. Starting my third and final writing session of the day. This one will be shorter - not many words left for my word count goal today. ;)
  16. 1 more hour = 805 words, and I just can't seem to stop being mean to Lazarus - ouch!
  17. Water. Check. Candy. Check. So begins writing session #2 of the day!
  18. First writing session today = 1 hour, 853 words - and now I can send a chunk of the novel to my crit partners since I finished Chapter 20!
  19. is about to start her first of 2-4 writing sessions for the day - who else is working on their NaNoWriMo word count? =D
  20. blogged - finally!
