  11. @ComcastWill I called up and quickly paid for the equipment to get collections off my butt, but was promised my money back.
  12. @ComcastWill Maybe with older problem: Technician "returned" equipment for me. Comcast never got it, and immediate put collections on me...

  15. I hate @comcast and @comcastcares service. Could a company's support/service be worse? Internet down again... going on 20 hrs this weekend.
