  3. 10.2K Run w/5.2K Race (23:15). Lacking some pep today. Oh well, another day, another data point.
  4. 30min Treadmill Run w/15 steady and some pick ups. Ready to go for 5K tomorrow. Only worry is all the ice out there!!
  5. Back from hike to the mall to pick up packet for tomorrow's 5K.Got lost. Glad I took mittens and balaclava. Could've been survival situation
  6. @EnduranceCorner Would need to weigh ~90kg at my current bodyfat to have a 'normal' triathlete somatotype. Better go eat something :-)
  7. @EnduranceCorner Yep. The biepicondylar widths relative to height account for the boney part. Guess I have a larger frame than most.
  8. FWIW, Average elite (male) somatotype = 1.7/4.3/3.1. So, like Skitzer Maloney I'm still too skinny and boney :-)
  9. New AC Body Comp #'s: Fat Mass: 5.1kg (-4.0kg on last test), Muscle Mass: 26.0kg (-1.1kg on last test), Somatotype: 1.0/5.6/4.1.
  10. 40min Treadmill session Mix of aerobic paces plus 6x1:1 @ 10mph. Now watching Survivor.

  14. 60min Gym Tri (20min Row, 20min Bike, 20min Run) plus 30min Functional Srength/Core. Fun!
  15. @whittimd Not deliberately :-) though I do concede that band buoy paddles + the flip turn practice increases risk of drowning by about 100%.
  16. 30mi Bike w/2x20 steady + 7K Track Run w/4x200,2x400,800 Pyramid. Leg speed notably absent today. Hope it's back for the 5K this w/end!
  17. 1hr Strength w/10x10 squat. Then watched a great House episode. Has to be in the running for best show on TV!
  18. 30mi Bike w/30min steady + CP5 (322W/169) Hoped for/Expected better. May actually have to start riding again.
  19. Prepping for a call with a prospective 2010 Ultraman. He is talking loco and I like it :-)
