  12. 4mi Progressive Run down to 6:04. Plus 1hr strength (squats, rows, pullovers, core). Amused how 35lb plates are being made to look like 45s

  19. 90min Trainer Ride w/6x9:1 @ 200W plus some supplemental aerobic on the row erg. Good fun but starting to feel the effects of -23TSB.
  20. 12K Solid Steady Run. Found new fave theme song for early season - The Fixer by Pearl Jam - "Fight to get it back again.." Great stuff!
