  1. J has done what we asked: he's smoking pot a lot less. So the vocal tics are back in full form, loud and often. God bless that boy.
  2. Bougainvillea trees weeping over a weathered patio, cheesy buffalo burgers, beer, a breeze, live music: Buffalo Inn in Claremont. Lovely.
  3. I am entirely surrounded by grouchy people. I think a spa vacation is awaiting me.
  4. @ernestopriego The nutters are serious. It's quite horrifying.
  5. Celebrating 50 year anniversary of my aunt and uncle today. Lot of years, lots of history. What's the secret? Just staying put, they say.
  6. What a great night. Peter Frampton is a guitar god, cute and charming as ever. I love him. Even after 33 years. So happy to have seen him.
  7. Julian Frampton - 21 - great voice. Singing with Dad.
  8. Frampton is still awesome. Can still make that guitar sing.
  9. Frampton on Show Me the Way: That was the hit. It's pretty much downhill from here. / Love him!
  10. Frampton rolling in. Yes . Ha! Waited 33 years to see him live. LOL.
  11. Audience singing Kansas's biggest hit (?) Carry On. Don't you cry no more! Telling you. Good show.
  12. Surrounded by aged rockers rocking the weed and dancing in front. Who'd have thought Dust in the wind
  13. Waiting for Peter Frampton at L. A. Fair. Gotta say. Lead singer of Kansas has amazing voice. 35 years playing.
  14. Kansas performing at L.A. county Fair putting on an awesome show. Still can rock the house. wow.
  15. Spent an amazing weekend in Manhattan Beach, celebrated J's 16th birthday, made some new friends. Gearing up for a busy week.
  16. Small brown sparrows are collecting on the grass, picking, collecting, hovering in the bushes for that quiet time to hop back down.
  17. @RDJ59 Thanks, RJ. Having grown up at the foothills, many of us consider the SGMs "our mountains". They're our constant north.
  18. The fires are bad here in SoCal. It is shocking to see the San Gabriel Valley mountains lit up, smokey, beneath mushroom clouds. Painful.
  19. The temperature is 105 over here in L.A. and the surburban school district is stuffing 40 kids per class rather than hire more teachers.
  20. J slipped back to old ways, for every step forward. I don't like the new hole in the wall, near the front door. Matches the belly ulcer.
