Did some work on the trainer last night. Working on my spin. All is going well.

Mountain bike ride went well, Dan Holt, Matt Moulton, Adam W all showed up for the ride.

Mountain biking tonight at Bothwell Lodge near Sedalia MO. Awesome weather. almost 70deg and no rain... finally.

We had a great meeting last night with Jack McIntosh. We learned alot of new information about the Tour of Missouri. Can't wait.

I'll be in Carrollton this weekend for Easter. Gonna ride the chopper bike a little if the weather holds out.

went ridin last night on our wed night ride. Felt good. starting to listen to my legs and control my pace. Finally getting back into it.

did some riding at lunch, found 3 geocaches.

Bicycle Rodeo #2 went off without a hitch.

got the wife out on her new bike last night. Logged in her first mile, hopefully of many more to come. Also, rode a few miles with the kid.

got in some fixie ridin last night. I can't wait for warmer weather. 35deg is still a little too cold for the casual ride.

got the new fixie in. Can't wait to try it out.

had our monthly bike club meeting last night. New rides and new members, a great night.

Working right now, getting some extra work on a tough bridge done. I'll be glad one this one is out the door.

Did about 30miles today. Great weather 80 and windy. Got to do about 7miles with 25mph wind. Man it was fast.

5:00 Is almost here. Bring on the weekend.
