  1. Write about how "loving what is" can bring you peace today. Breathe into the peace then and describe the differences you feel.
  2. Consider your gifts...those you are giving and those you carry within. Which is most important now, and how do you choose to share them?
  3. Tis the season...to wonder about money. What's your relationship to money? Intense? Sparse? Joyous? Abundant? Write about your goals....
  4. How's your quality of life today? Do you need a dose of nature? Describe a place of deep and rich contentment...traveling there in your mind
  5. Consider the meaning of courage. Are you courageous? How would being more courageous improve the quality of your life? Write about it!
  6. Write about a recent dream or real life situation. Rewrite it in the way you would like it to have been..... What do you want in life?
  7. Consider your life as music...what is the melody, the rhythm, the key, and is it harmonious? What is your instrument? What is your song?
  8. STRESS!! What are the stressors in your life and how might you reduce them...or increase your ability to adapt? Writing helps!
  9. Find YOUR "place of power". What does it feel like? Where is it? Write about what it means to you to be in that place of power.
  10. How is your life in upheaval just now? What do you like and/or not like about what is occuring? Explore.
  11. Are you a caregiver or a careseeker? Do you have a healthy balance in your life? What needs improvement? Write!
  12. Consider: Time. Do you control time...or does time control you? How do you feel about that? Explore!
  13. Who feels an upheaval going on? Something in your life is being stirred up---so write about it in great detail.
  14. Do you recognize your freedom? Or are there ways you need to become disentagled? Write your own Declaration of Independence!
  15. Who is the model in your life who demonstrates courage? What do they have that you want? How can you be more courageous in your life?
  16. Control...how 'in control' do you feel in your life right now? Track what you can and cannot control and then create a plan of action.
  17. Weather changes...what memories does that bring up for you? How do you feel as fall comes closer? Write and reflect and enjoy the reverie.
  18. Need some perspective about what's going on in your life? Imagine your pet could speak---what would it tell you about changes needed?
  19. How do you move around in your life? Quickly, slowly, jerkily, smoothly, sluggishly....and how do you feel about that? WRITE!
  20. Writing about health and wellbeing today.... Am under the weather. Makes me appreciate my health that much more....
