  12. Clean Elections Bill failed to get a super majority in the Senate.
  13. Clean Elections Bill is being considered on Floor of Senate now.
  14. SB1087 just passed out of COW.
  15. Senate COW is hearing SB1087 (Clean Elections) right now. Senator Gorman is proposing a series of amendments.
  16. The Clean Elections Bill (HB 2063) passed the House on a vote of: 58-1-1. Now awaiting action in the Senate.
  17. SCR 1009 passed Senate Appropriations tonight on party line vote. Asks voters to ok legislative raids on voter protected funds in deficit.
  18. SCR 1025 passed out of the Judiciary Committee on a 4-3 vote. It has voters decide whether to ban "taxpayer money" for politicians
  19. SCR 1025 will be heard in the Senate Judiciary Committee this afternoon. It would bar clean elections funding of candidates.
  20. The June 18, 2009 commission meeting has been cancelled. The Commission's next meeting will be held on July 23, 2009 @ 9:30 am.
