  11. Fresh #organic beets boiled just ubtil tender, add a bit of #Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar & drizzle w/ #raw #organic #agave -GOOD!

  13. #Bolthouse Green Goodness not only is #Gluten Free but contains I believe 4 1/2 servings fruit & veg-tastes good- not TOO green
  14. Substituting molasses in place of corn syrup makes all the Holiday baking a little more nutritious #Healthy #Baking
  15. Replace corn syrup in recipes w/ molasses-a much healthier option, also provides iron. #vegetarian #molasses #organic #health
  16. @allergyfreelife it also has a pretty fair amnt of D3 in it which is good-blueberry flavor s good, 2tbsp/day. :)
  17. @allergyfreelife I take Bluebonnet Liquid Calcium Magnesium Citrate. I get it at WholeFoods -it's pretty much free of everything:)
