The day is starting at 75 F. Very cold. I was in the pool at 6 am. Water was hot compared to the air. Niiiiiiiice.

After heating the leftover croquettes back up, I'll drizzles the prawn sauce over them, dress w/ smoked trout & garnish w/ fresh basil leaf.

No worries! The water temp is fine. 91 F in the shallow end and 88 F in the deep end. Off to the kitchen to make sushi.
