  17. @_missdani During summer I freeze the water so I can cool down just by holding it. I didn't grow up in Georgia so the heat kills me.
  18. @_missdani I generally carry water for anything over 2 miles. Even if it's just the small sport-belt bottle.
  19. @_missdani do the run at night so that you're not fighting sunshine too. make sure your water starts out as nearly solid ice.
