50000steps

  1. Today's training: 2m easy, 2m moderate. taking it very slow so as not to aggravate an old injury that's recurred.
  2. @nimblerunner Where's the fun in that?
  3. Woohoo! I'm a top tweeter! tops to @Scarborough_UK !
  4. Postponed today's training to recover from yesterday. Legs feel really fatigued and awful.
  5. @nimblerunner I used it in Dublin because customs seized my vaseline before I travelled (I flew to Dublin). Less messy than vaseline as well
  6. Today's training: 1m easy, 2m tempo, 1m easy. Wet and a bit windy. Managed not to get totally soaked though.
  7. @richaskew Sunday? Heathen. I only put my tree up in December.
  8. Listening to "Happy Christmas (War is Over)" (Plastic Ono band) This is the official beginning of Christmas for me.
  9. @Scarborough_UK That background picture looks stunning. Wonder if we'll have a white Christmas this year?
  10. Training for #Paris #Marathon 2010 began today. 3m easy, then 4x10 second hill repeats. Groin strain really hurt on the hills though.
  11. Glad I didn't go running yesterday. Miserable weather: http://bit.ly/56Qrse (via @jamesr0012)
  12. @richaskew That's my photo that is http://bit.ly/3WdHCC
  13. @nimblerunner That wouldn't be Kam Sang would it?
  14. Six miles easy. It was easy until the last mile when the wind was blowing really strong against me. Averaged 12mins/mile
  15. @nimblerunner Never. I don't like giving away a lot of information when I browse.
  16. @nimblerunner Ahh, it's the opposite with me: Running in heavy rain is probably the most depressing thing I can think of
  17. @nimblerunner So did I, because it was sheeting down with rain. Went running in the afternoon instead. Much better :)
  18. @siobhanellison Hopefully will be doing Paris in under 4:30 next year.
  19. @Scarborough_UK Of course you can use it as a background. View the full size (1440x900) version here http://bit.ly/1ShNg8
  20. @nimblerunner It may be better to setup a dedicated account just for business and keep this one just for running/fundraising
