  12. Late workout threw off my schedule. Ate late and i felt really distracted because I felt rushed. I just enjoyed a Skinny Cow... I think.

  15. I'm working 2day to eat "mindfully". It's HARD! I have gulped my food in huge bites all my life & am always distracted. I did OK. Not GREAT.

  20. @EATSTRONG I use Sparkpeople. But I used online for 7 mos 1st. So I had all my data saved to it long before using the app. I love it!
