I'm sad. I'm dripping fuel from my center spar vent. That means my wings must come off to renew my fuel tank O rings! I hear it's painless.

I flew today with my overhauled oil cooler and bypass valve. My oil temp's much better: 220F at full power. Was 245F at reduced power. Yay!

I carried @ down to Niles Canyon, then out to Tracy for cheap gas. I like flying around aimlessly more than being chained to my tie-down!

Rats! Yesterday's flight scrubbed due to a rough mag check. I bet it's the bottom plug in my #3 cylinder fouled again. Suburban's checking.

Yep, I flew today! First flight in 3.5 years. Must keep an eye on #3 cylinder: Both plugs oil-fouled. Got 'em cleaned, now running fine!

Bob and @ renewed all my tail feathers and my whole trim system. New nose strut. My engine ran great, but needs 1 cyl. I feel brand new!

Bob sealed & riveted one elevator, rudder next. @ primed my main gear brackets and painted my nose fork. Chevy orange engine enamel FTW!
