  1. @CleoPompom Yep will definitely doing the Footscray cyclo cross on 27th. It's a nice course - not technical - flattish, just abit of a slog
  2. Erm - that snow looks like the real mccoy out there, and doesn't look like it'll stop any time soon - will I go to work tomorrow??
  3. Rush hour. A guy's busking crazy jazz harmonica to this @ Westminster tube @. Gr8 stuff! Nice bit of funk 4 the Suits! http://scr.tw/pFltxcv
  4. A crisp sunny day in London. I like you that way. That slushy grey wet stuff (aka snow) just doesn't suit you sir!
  5. @CleoPompom Hey, how were the regional champs? Did you enjoy it?
  6. @snoopdougydoug Good point Snoop - Careful hasn't been my middle name recently!
  7. @Maurice_Burton Whoops - I'll bring the chocs in the new year Maurice. Sorry you're gonna have to put up with the weather here. Be safe.
  8. @Gabby_Day - Still haven't got a tree - just not that organised! I'm doing a Carol concert though, and that's getting me Christmassy.
  9. Snow in London! Ride home or ski home?
  10. I finally feel like I'm winning the battle of wounded leg!
  11. Berlusconi should've taken lessons on ducking from George Bush!
  12. Now that I've seen "It's a Wonderful Life" and the Coca Cola ad I can say I'm getting in the Christmas spirit. Still no tree up yet though!
  13. I actually enjoyed going on the turbo trainer today - or maybe it's just called making the most of an inconvenient situation!
  14. Saw very tense-looking Mr Darling today. I wonder why.....?
  15. @kandidan I thought you lived in Beckenham!
  16. 2day - Breakfast, tidy the flat, lunch, read the paper, afternoon walk, dinner, watch tv - uneventful but pleasant & recharges the batteries
  17. Enjoyed watching the cyclo cross at Herne Hill this afternoon. Would've enjoyed it even more if I could've ridden it.
  18. @trio25 Well done! I see they do quite a few of these Park Runs around the country. There are a few around London. Will try one when I'm fit
  19. I hope the dignified Kercher family & folks in the lovely town of Perugia can start getting closure after this tragic episode - RIP Meredith
  20. @trio25 Why do they call it the Forest of Bowland when there are hardly any trees? Or maybe I wasn't paying attention when I cycled there!
