  4. A Virgin Media man turned up out of the blue today and fixed our huge phone outage - last 2 engineers were subbies, and mucked it all up!

  7. Beginning to loose patience with Virgin Media. Phone line is dead, has been for 5 days, and engineer can't come for 6 more days. Poor.
  8. Windows 7 is still a good deal at around £65 - if you're thinking about it then get a copy now from Amazon before the price rises!
