Great ride in the park tonight, 25.7 miles at 16.5 mph average and max of 28.9. Nice to zig zag back and forth on the bike path is so fun.

This past weekend was 3 days of racing at the Superdrome velodrome. Contested 11 races = 77 miles total... Pushed myself hard.
