  7. It was also cool to receive my finisher's medal from a cancer survivor.
  8. Ran the MD Half Marathon in 1:51.33. It was a hilly course, but the support/volunteers and post-race stuff was excellent.
  9. Less than 10 hours until the race. I'm ready to go.

  18. How do you know when you're ready for a race? I've been training for the May 31st MD Half Marathon for 6 months, but unsure how I'll do.
