  3. @posh_tosh rolled my own, because so far i didn't need native looking UI controls. and even if i did, i probably would handcraft them.

  7. @pmjordan + memcache. and db's like mongodb are getting easier to scale. just curious, do you have apps which needs to handle GBs of state?
  8. @pmjordan i know. but that is not an option for many of my apps (except for caching).
  9. @pmjordan i use one instance per cpu core per host and one nginx proxy in front of it. easy to programm easy to scale. for some kind of apps
  10. @pmjordan no, you stick the state it in a seperate service. btw. i love clojure, but if you need to scale I/O stuff, event based is the way
  11. @pmjordan most of my apps shovels data from databases to a client. not cpu intensive. event driven scales way better in this situations.
